Was looking a tire that had to be replaced due to side wall cut . Was priced almost $100 higher for the same tire at a tire dealer ship in the area .( So I saved money by coming here ) When I arrived on a Friday early afternoon at a time they were mostly busy . I expected a long wait ... They Lady that checked me on told me it might be a couple of hours wait . I was in and out under 45 minutes . The people working there were quick and professional . I will be back when I need anymore tires I will also recommend them to all of my friends

Blacks Tire comes through again. I was in the Fayetteville NC area. Had a minor car problem. The store on Person street was the closest. Isaiah was "spot on" with customer satisfaction. Thanks to the team. Mr Crowell Black would be proud.

Excellent customer service by Ms Thibodeaux and Technician Mr Joseph. He went the extra mile checking my brake pads while changing my tires and doing my oil change. Also gave a complimentary safety inspection. MS Thibodeaux greeted me and priced all service requested in a prompt and pleasant manner, answering all my questions. Excellent service by all. Well satisfied with Black's Tires. Thank you
